something just clicked for me with fadel and style, bc I was thinking about the scene where they hook up and like… this should be it for style, this should be good, a moment of celebration, he finally broke him. and yet style is not all over fadel, at least not in the way that fadel is all over him. but if you think about it, that’s genius. bc look at how kant pursues bison- yes they have a lot of sexual chemistry and have already slept together, but kant’s main line is to date bison, to be in a relationship, it’s romantic- and that directly contrasts his deceit, bc all that promise of an honest relationship isn’t fully genuine. and then we have style pursuing fadel, and it’s very sexual. yes he also has this annoying ‘im everywhere you go’ thing, but more so than being romantic, he’s trying to get to fadel through attraction and desire, he strips down and uses his body and flirts in a very openly sexual way. but that directly contrasts with what he’s discovering he actually wants, which is a relationship. he’s curious about fadel, he wants to learn about him and support him and find out what makes this guy tick- he’s interested in him as a person, and is attracted to him as a person as well as physically. he wants to date him- this isn’t about a bet for a car anymore. and so when they finally hook up, even before fadel makes it clear that this is nothing more than a one time thing, nothing attached, it’s like style knows this isn’t all he wants, he’s not in this just for this hook up, this isn’t a win for him. the win would be if this moment actually had feelings behind it, if it meant that fadel was actually letting down walls and being open with him, if it was the first step of something more. but it isn’t, so he’s not celebrating. and you see this in both bison and fadel too, you see that what the people pursuing them are outwardly portraying is working. bison is opening up, he’s lovestruck, he’s letting himself believe this could be an honest relationship. and fadel is finding it harder and harder to suppress the physical desire style has awoken in him. and both these brothers are yet to get to that turning point where they see why Kant and style are really in this for, both the good and the bad of that.

Starting by holding his hand, gently slipping it into his own hand during a random time like just walking. He nearly jumps, but once he notices, he gets so flustered just by the little hand holding that he eventually slowly closes his fingers around yours in a gentle hold.

your form of kissing is just you occasionally pressing soft kisses to his bag. Which would usually happen in the mornings, when no one is looking in his lab, or at night. But each time he nearly explodes.

ACTUALLY kissing him though???? A DREAM. he has to get used to your bag kisses to actually think of kissing you for real. And he gets so flustered by it. this is like. one of my biggest issues. im not like a shipper, never rlly have been until yj but i dont like engage in discourse bc thats stupid.

But basically? Fanon lottienat just kinda strips anything thats interesting about the ship away. and makes it like. punk x preppy. loser x popular. ive even heard black cat and golden retriever which makes me want to rip my eyes out.

And its not even accurate to their characterization? at all? like youre flanderizing them but like..... not even their main traits. like ive seen people say "precrash lottie would be like charlotte from status update (curse that movie btw. the things i do for u courtney eaton) which is just. like not at all.

first off lottie is not popular. yeah, shes rich, but shes clearly somewhat of a loner (WHICH PARALLELS NAT?? WHICH MAKES IT MORE INTERESTING???) even courtney has said this in interviews. she feels ostracized, and a lot of it can be traced back to the flashback scenes we see, esp those about her relationship w her parents and her supposed mental illness. the 90s, especially the 90s in a high pressure rich family, was NOT a good place to have schizophrenia (and yeah theres the "she wasnt actually mentally ill" argument but that changes nothing because atp in the story her whole family and probably herself believed she was.

Then we have the nat characterization. The fanon "grumpy" to fanon lotties "sunshine". guys canonically nat smiles more than lottie. girlie was always grinning while lottie was experiencing the horrors all of s1. ofc they both went THROUGH it but that specific stereotype pissed me off sm i had to address it.

also, nat gets shown a lot as masc?? which is a fine headcanon but like for her style like the whole punk thing? she acc dresses relatively femininely.those are little irks abt nat but they bother me idc. too tired to write more on this rn but feel free to ask!

so basically taking this stuff into account - fanon lottienat uses a gross mischaracterization of both characters, especially lottie (also that suspiciously align w stereotypes HMMMMM) to literally make the ship more boring. You are making it a stupid and lame trope. You literally have these two insanely complex characters who mirror each other. Theyre not opposites attract, they are the same character in different skins. They're both loners, one because of her punk/rebel nature and nasty rumors, the other because of her mental illness and lack of closeness to people. Theyre both loners because of their social status and their fucked up home life. Theyre both providers - nat the hunter, bringer of physical and real food like the deer. Lottie the prophet, bringer of hope and, through the teams eyes, the birds, the bear, etc. Lottie who begs to be a martyr but is denied nat who runs from it but shoulders it anyways. They're both bleeding hearts they both give soul to the team and are some of the most genuine characters but they present it so differently.

The fact that the majority of content grossly mischaracterizes them and is the widely accepted fanon just.. sucks tbh. and the fact that people get so up in arms about them, and literally attack fans of other characters (lottielee fans... travis fans....) for no reason?? all these other characters do is contribute to what makes lottienat such a compelling and fucked up and interesting ship. i love them so much but lwk most of yall are insane and dont even appreciate them for what they really are.

Cooper gets along with Craig, and Tweek has a soft spot for him. When Cooper and Craig end up going on space related yap sessions, Emilio gets pretty pissy. Actually—

(pre dating) Emilio is the very jealous type, I’m talking ‘IFHY by Tyler’ type of jealous ☠️☠️. And since he’s not going out with Cooper, he use to get so angry whenever he felt jealous. He didn’t understand what it was or why, but that only pissed him off more.

Around elementary, they use to spend more time in Cooper’s house. But in middle school and high school, they switched to Emi’s since it was closer to them.

They are active on social media, so they’re always sending each other stupid stuff in a groupchat with Isa

Emilio and Isa get along really well since they have similar niche interests, but they’re all scared of her when she blows up. Cooper is down to go through her schemes tho. Whenever the Marsh-Broflovskis are over, the trio become like the old school South Park kids. Do NOT leave them alone for more than 24 hours. They WILL set something on fire. (Robin and Kate would probably come along but won’t intervene cuz it’s ’not their problem’)

Cooper isn’t bad at cooking, but he’s decent. Since Coop beats Emi in a lot of stuff, Emilio gets competitive towards cooking, so he will often try to ‘beat’ him and make him eat his dishes just so he can hear Cooper say that they’re good.
